Arrested for Nonviolent Protesting

Civil rights activist Barbara Allen discusses her training to participate in civil rights protests and an altercation while protesting. She recalls, "We walked into St. George Pharmacy just like any other couple coming in, except I'm Black and he was white. I didn't get scared until he went out there and got that dog ... I didn't move fast enough, so they used a cattle prod and then I came on to jail."
