Covering the March on Washington

James Schaller was a college student in 1963, working part time in a district office for the ILGWU. He covered the March on Washington for the organization's "Solidarity Newspaper". He recalled the impact of the March, "A lot of people paid attention to that, when maybe they hadn't paid much attention to the Civil Rights Movement before that."
