Rev. Edwin King
Rev. Edwin King entered Millsaps College in 1954. Millsaps was a church-related liberal arts school with close ties to Tougaloo College, a historically black institution run by the United Church of Christ. King recalls attending interracial lectures at Tougaloo, his friendship with Medgar Evers and his early involvement with the civil rights movement.
