Stanley Welch
Stanley Welch was a college student in Connecticut in 1963. He, along with his brother traveled to Washington, DC, to be part of the events surrounding the March on Washington. The event inspired him to get involved. He said, "I felt inspired ... and I felt like I wanted to go home and do something, so I did.
